i was super excited when my boots shipped within a week, i wore these boots for two hours outside, which is where they needed to be the most comfortable, as i have a very physically intensive job. In these two hours of my just moving around and doing things, they retained some serious scuff marks. Even if i didnt want to return the boots (which now i cant, and im stuck with boots that make me unhappy to wear) their beautiful smooth "leather" practically rubbed right off. DO NOT BUY THESE BOOTS. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.

Awful quality - metal piece around the laces broke instantaneously upon fastening. Not true-to-size like the majority of products on this website. Pathetic customer service. One would presume that a small business like this would offer exceptional customer service to engage customers via word-of-mouth. Unfortunately, that is not the case.
