If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange with in 30 days of your receipt date.
You must get a RA# (Return Authorization) Number by filling out our Return Form in order to return any merchandise to us.
The RA# number will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days after you submit the form on our site.
You need to request an RA# (Return Authorization) number before sending the product back to us. All returns without RA number will be refused.
Return package must be arrived to our warehouse within 30 days of your received date.
A copy of the Original Package Receipt is required for all returns.
Customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to send the package to Tallmenshoes.com for return.
For replacement / exchange shipping
Domestic Customers: We do not charge any resend shipping cost to US customers by UPS Ground.
International Customers: You will have to pay for USPS Express International shipping for us to resend the shoes to you. Shipping cost is the same as your previous order
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for refund credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping cost is not refundable in any cases. To get refund for a Free Shipping item, the original actual shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. It is for the Shipping Cost we have been paid. Any Express shipping or international shipping is not refundable, no exception.
Special Order Item is not refundable, no exception. Return for replacement only.
Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts and packaging.
Shoes that have been worn outside or have visible wear in the foot bed are not considered to be in new condition and will be returned to the customer at his or her cost.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for shoe boxes with shipping tape, address labels, or postage attached. You can paper wrap the shoe box or use another shipping box.
