  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange within 30 days of your original receipt date.
  • You must get a RA# (Return Authorization) Number by filling out our Return Form in order to return any merchandise to us.
  • The RA# number will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days after you submit the form on our site.
  • You need to request an RA# (Return Authorization) number before sending the product back to us. All returns without RA number will be refused.
  • Return package must be arrived to our warehouse within 30 days of your received date.
  • Exchanging the order does not extend the 30 days return period.
  • Customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to send the package to Tallmenshoes.com for return.
  • For replacement / exchange shipping
    • Domestic Customers: We do not charge any resend shipping cost to US customers by UPS Ground.
    • International Customers: You are required to pay for International shipping for us to resend the shoes to you. Shipping cost is at a reduced rate compare to your original paid shipping cost. (Example: you paid $40 for International shipping, we'll cover $10 of your cost.  You pay $30 for the replacement shipping).
  • Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may takes up to 10 business days after your credit applied for it to post to your account.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable in any cases. To get refund for a Free Shipping item, the original actual shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. It is for the Shipping Cost we have been paid. Any International shipping is not refundable, no exception.
  • Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts and packaging.
  • Shoes that have been worn outside or have visible wear in the foot bed are not considered to be in new condition and will be returned to the customer.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged for shoe boxes with shipping tape, address labels, or postage attached. You can paper wrap the shoe box or use another shipping box.
