Question: I see the shoes I purchased is at a lower price now. Can I call in to request for a refund?
Answer: From time to time we may roll out promotion discount to reflect a lower price. If you have just placed an order and have not receive it, you can contact us to request a credit for the difference to be refunded. If you have already received the order, we do not provide retroactive credit refund. You are required to return the shoes in order to get the refund.
