Nice looking shoes, but...

Nice looking shoes, the only thing I noticed, a small bubble or air bag between the sole and the upper top. other than that, looks like original leather.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 11/24/2014. It was my first time and probably my last time doing business with your company. On Thanksgivig day I received an email advertising the shoes I have ordered were on sale for 50%. I called the store the next day asking for retroactive credit since I just ordered the shoes and haven\'t received them yet. The clerk was rude and told me tto send an email to get a credit. I had a reply a few days later saying that The company is reviewing all retroactive credits and I should receive an email reply soon. So far, nothing happens. I\'m very disappointed with the whole situation. T Tran
