Great Shoe Wrong Arch Support-Very Uncomfortable

I've been buying for years from TallMen. This is the first time I have had an issue with comfort. The shoes are beautiful but very Uncomfortable. The left shoe seems to be the issue and a big surprise since Toto is a great company. I bought a heel support today to see if it helps. This is a real shame. I love the look of the shoes but my feet hurt after 10-15 minutes.

I\'ve purchased more than 10 items from your website. I\'ve been extremely happy with all your products. I will continue to repeat my same recommendation is to get more dress shoes at 4 inches that are brown. Your company has responded with new brown dress shoes at 4 inches and I appreciate it. At my height 3 inches isn\'t enough. Thank you
