disappointed
The color and size are as described on the web page. But the two shoes are different inside: the left shoe is normal with flat bottom, but the right one is like a stair step in the middle of the bottom inside. I planed to return but couldn't find the return information and gave up.

I\'m a bit worried as I bought these a month ago and already the mesh on the front panel looks snagged as though a hole could be forming. Will get some repair tape to use on the inside. Hopefully that will stop the problem from getting worse.

Disappointed with this order
Although my Size is 8.5 and you don\'t have half sizes , I have nevertheless purchased for several years now size 9 and am happy with the results. The quality of your products was excellent and I was so satisfied that I decided to purchase 3 pairs this time. The two out of the three I cannot use and not because of the looks or quality but because of the size. This pair is too small and probably require a size 10 and the other casual shoe is too large and will require a size 8!!!! So how can I order a normal size 9? I contacted your service department about this pair and they told me that I could return them for exchange but that I would have to pay the postage both ways!!! That is like buying a new pair of shoes!!!! I can not use them so I spent about dollars 300 for 3 pairs of shoes and The 2 are worthless!! Very reluctant to purchase anything from your store in the future!!!

New Shoe Color
First of all, I have to say that it\'s disappointing that the shoe was made in black, but still has a gray sole. What\'s the reason for that. The most likely reason is that it saves the company money. Fortunately it doesn\'t stand out so I can live with it. I regularly buy the gray version of this shoe and even though I bought the black one in the same size, they are bigger than the gray. In general the quality of the shoes from this company is average. I buy them because of the height and style, but for the price, the quality should be better.
