I have purchased from this company on a few occasions and I am usually satisfied. Delivery was timely. Quality is always good. The fit, not so much. A size smaller was recommended for my last purchase as they were stated to run large. They turned out to be too small. It's been 10 days and I'm still waiting for review of my RMA (return/exchange request) and further instructions. The positive side, is that it was a 2 pair deal. So, I was able to make my event with one pair of he tight shoes. That pair I will have to keep.

it is very nice and excellent. I wear size 9.5-10 but this brand needs to be 11. TallMenShoes is great company they were prefect in their deal with me. they sent me a fedex label to return it back and exchange it to bigger size.

Carl C. Time for an improved 4\" dress shoe
Thanks for the opportunity to comment. I believe this is the third time that I have purchased shoes from you. I was very satisfied each time, although I was somewhat surprised to find that this last purchase was somewhat of a disappointment. The leather for these shoes won\'t take a shine. The shoes are fine but a little lack luster as dress shoes. I would be interested in getting a fine pair of 4\" shoes and feel you could sell a great deal of them if properly manufactured with an eye to detail. I back this supposition with the fact that your 4\" patent leather shoes are a very popular item, but then again, not an ideal shoe for every day business ware. To summarize, more 4\" dress shoes and casual shoes with an eye to detail and fine leather; I for one would be at the front of the line for more than one pair. Trust this will help.
