Took $20 from a refund ????

The condition of the shoes were fine, however I went to return them because they didn’t fit - they came smaller than the size. I understand measurements can differ brand to brand, but upon returning I was only able to receive $47 back for the $70 purchase. The shoes hadn’t been worn outside and were in the same condition as I received them when I went to return, so I’m a bit doubtful about the integrity of this company.

To tight and runs a little small

This does not fit like a size 11 to tight and uncomfortable can I get a 11.5 sent to me and I will return the 11?
