Holly Terrible Customer Service
These shoes I ordered looked funny like a combat boot, so was exchanging them for another type of shoe during which they still had the 50% off sale. The shoes were sent back and arrived 2 days later than the sale ended (over a week to get there) and they would not honor the sale price. Vicky the service representative was very rude after a while and spoke over me even repeating she\'s stated something 3 times in an angered demeanor. I did still want the other pair of shoes, but they would rather refund money than gain an extra sale - very bad business on their part. She was willing to see if there was a delay with UPS in which case I assumed means she would be able to then honor the sale price, although I asked her this multiple times and she would not give me the reason for her to check with UPS most likely because she knows that means they actually CAN honor the sales price, she\'s just not wanting to be bothered to do it. Also, if you\'re looking for a refund, they charge you $25 for it for double shipping even if you paid $0 the first time. Unfortunate they have terrible customer service and don\'t understand how to keep customers happy and retain them for future business.

Looks great but I knew number 8 is too small and number 9 is too big, unfortunately they did not have 8.5.

Lauro Perfect Shoes!
Ohh.... I was very excited to wear when the shoes arrived. I wore it immediately and it fits my size perfectly! Very appropriate for formal occasions and it brings me a little self confidence because of the added inches to my height. Perfect shoes indeed!!! I will order 1 pair more later, a brown one...
