WRONG SIZE

THE SHOES YOU SENT ARE TOO SMALL. I ORDERED A SIZE 13 - IF YOUR SHOES ARE A SIZE 13 AND IF YOU DID SEND ME A SIZE 13, YOUR SHOE SIZE OF 13 IS EVERY OTHER SHOE MANUFACTURER'S SIZE 12. HOW DO I RETURN ABD GET A SIZE 14 ? THANK YOU - (The show seems ok, it is the size that is wrong.)

Not the true height

Bought to add 4.8 " They only increased my height by 2 inches. But they are very good looking .

Bad Fit

First, I ask twice for a return on these shoes by a girl named, Joshline. Till this day no return slip as promised. These shoes will make you feel like you are wearing high heels I guess. Your toes will hurt as the back is so high but the toe are is a gap. I bought MANY shoes and never a problem but with these over many years. In the past returns have been easy and I still have over two weeks left but no response! Just wish things would have went better as they are a great company but someone not followed thru.

The heel height made it very uncomfortable. I emailed to get the RA# but I have not received it yet. I have had positive experience with your company in the past, and I currently own a pair of Calden\'s that I love, just not this pair. Please give me a RA# so I can return them. Thanks.
