Not happy

I ordered 7-8 times but this is second time I\'m not happy with my shoes Uncomfortable & tight so I don\'t think I\'m gonna shop anymore

TOTO - H335081 - 2.8 Inches Taller (Black) - Lightweight

I ordered several times from your company 2 years ago. The size 9.5 - 10 fit wevry well. This time I ordered size 10 and the shoes hurt my feet. I don\'t know it is because of the model, or there was size change lately. I am bit confused what size to select for future orders.
