Are TallMenShoes.com elevator shoes comfortable?
Our shoes will invisibly add 2 to 5.2 inches in height without losing any comfort. Every pair of our shoes are made with the best care and from high-quality leather. The lightweight hidden insole ensures that our shoes weigh no more than normal footwear. Our hidden increasers are made with a soft material containing a massaging sole that enhances your comfort level. As a result, you can wear our shoes on a daily basis without experiencing any discomfort.

Our shoes are made so that the shoes will not slip off, while providing the comfort and room needed for your feet. While adding height, the insoles will help absorb impact and cushion your feet. In every pair of our shoes, there are mid-insoles that help prevent deterioration to the insoles and provide air circulation. Our outer soles help you feel comfortable by allowing a natural instep.
What are the benefits of wearing TallMenShoes.com elevator shoes?

Can I change the height increase level on a particular style?
The simple answer is no, because the height of a shoe has to blend with style's design. For example, we can never make dress shoes with 5-inch heels. It can only go as high as 4 inches. We are working on bringing different heights for our styles and hope they will be available in the near future, but only if they meet our high demands for appearance and quality. All of the height increasers in the shoes are sewn into the shoes and are not removable. This ensures the longevity and durability of the shoes.
Will anyone know that I am wearing height increase shoes?
Our shoes are designed with the appearance to be just like any non-height increasing shoe, only to be slightly taller in the back. By simply pairing your height increasing shoes with a pair of pants, it will cover up the back end of your shoes - thus making them unnoticeable.
I have a one leg shorter than the other, can you custom make shoes for leg discrepancy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate that. We are a shoe retailer; any alternation will have to be done by a shoe repairer or shoe smith.
I'm looking for a pair of shoes for a wedding. Are there any shoes made specifically for tuxedos?
Yes, we have classic patent leather, glossy and shiny tuxedo shoes that are made especially for tuxedos.

Are there any shoes made with leather bottom soles?
Yes, we do have a selection items that are made with fully leather bottoms, which are ideal for a dance floor. Discerning gentlemen who know all about the quality of leather soles will love our selection.

Do I need to make alterations to the length of my pants?
In most cases, there is no need to alter your pants. Wearing slightly longer trousers with larger legs will help optimize the invisible effect, however. Trousers should have sufficient margin so that they nicely fall over the end part of the shoes, where the shoe begins to lift up. Slightly longer pants are recommended for our extra height-increase styles.
Is the sizing different for your shoes?
All of our shoes are listed in US sizes. Most of the shoes are true to size, meaning that you should order your normal shoe size. If a certain style fits otherwise (large or small), there will be indication in the description that we advise to order a larger or smaller size.

Can I put your insoles into regular shoes?
Our insoles are designed so that they may be worn with regular shoes. We do recommend that they be worn with high-profile shoes to ensure the best comfort. Shoes with low profiles, such as loafers, will not allow the necessary room for your feet when the insoles are inserted. We offer a large variety of insoles that are available to fit the individual needs of our customers.
SHIPPING FAQS
When will my order be shipped out?
If you are able to place an order for an item online, that means we have it in stock. In-stock items that are ordered by 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. or during the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
What method of shipping do you use?
We use FedEx for most domestic United States addressees; UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service) for International customers.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders under normal circumstances that are shipped to addresses in the continental U.S. will arrive in two to four days.
How will the package I receive be like?
To ensure the privacy of our customers, all packages are shipped in a discreet manner. Packages will arrive from "Asia Focus Inc." wrapped in plain brown paper. This is to ensure that the contents are not disclosed. International packages are shipped with a customs declaration of contents as "Men's Footwear."
Can I purchase your shoes from a store?
We have a store in California that is open to the public.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
It depends on the combined weight of your order and where the order is going to. You can calculate the shipping cost and time once you have everything you want in the shopping cart and checkout. On the first checkout page, toward the bottom of the page is where you can find the shipping calculator. Enter your ZIP/postal code and country and shipping time and cost will calculate automatically.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries. And we ship them fast! Same-day if order is placed before 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
I live outside of the U.S. How do I get the shoes and what is it going to cost?
We can ship your order to any countries by FedEx or USPS (United States Postal Service). The order will be delivered to your doorstep. Shipping cost and time depends on your order item and location. You will have to calculate during checkout.
If a shoe is out of stock, can I special order it?
Unfortunately, we cannot special order or custom make any shoes. All shoes and insoles will come in pairs. There is no way we can just sell "one side" of them.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Given the fast speed with which we process orders, you need to contact us via phone or chat immediately after your order placed.
My package is late. Can I get a refund on the shipping cost?
Most of our packages are shipped via FedEx, and you are entitled to reimbursement in case the delivery is late. Unfortunately, USPS does not grant Guarantee Service Refund on delivery date.
My order is over $99. Why am I getting charged for a shipping cost?
The free shipping applies to delivery in the 48 continental states of the U.S. via FedEx. Internationals, Hawaii, Alaska, PR and APO addresses are not included.
I have an account with FedEx or UPS, can you use my account?
As much as we like to, we cannot use any customer's account for security reasons.
Does shipping days count weekends?
FedEx will not count weekends. USPS (Postal Service) does count Saturday and in some cases, even Sundays.
Do you ship to APO/FPO military based addresses?
Yes, please make sure to select USPS (United States Postal Service) as your shipping carrier.
My tracking record of the package showed delivered, but I have not received my order. What do I do?
In this case, the package is probably lost. Please contact us to file a lost package inquiry immediately.
Why is the international shipping cost so high?
It is the nature of the United States shipping cost structure. We guarantee to make no profit on shipping cost. And we only use the most reliable carriers and level of shipping.
I am not going to be home when my order is delivered. Do I need to sign for it?
It is entirely up to the delivery personnel whether your package will be left or not. The driver will not leave the package if it is not a safe area.
Where is my order shipping from?
All orders are shipped from California; our warehouse is located in South El Monte, CA 91733.

Do you have a catalogue?
Yes, we do have catalogues available. Catalogues are free of charge and available by contacting us at sales@tallmenshoes.com or toll free at 888-280-6881.
What is your return policy?
You are welcome to return the order within 30 days for a refund, up to 180 days (6 months) for store credit or exchange.

For return shipping cost, we provide FedEx prepaid return label for orders in the U.S. 48 states. The first return label is FREE for returns for exchange or store credit. Orders returned for refund using the prepaid return label will deduct $10 off the refund amount.

Do I need to fill out a Return Authorization Form?
Yes, all of our exchange/returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to the product being sent back to us. After the Return Authorization form is filled out, we will issue out a RA#. This is to ensure that we process all of our exchanges/return accordingly and in a timely manner. If orders are sent back to us without an RA#, it may be on hold or rejected.
I submitted a Return Authorization form and still have not received an RA number. What should I do?
An RA# (Return Authorization) will be sent out to you within two business days to the email address you filled out on the form. If by that time you still do not receive the email, check your junk mail and bulk mail, because your email settings may have filtered the email there. You may also give our customer service team a call and they will be happy to provide you with your RA#.
If I am returning/exchanging my order at your store, will I still need to fill out a Return Authorization Form?
Yes, all returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization number (RA#). Upon arriving to our store, provide our staff with your RA# and we will gladly assist you with your return. Return form URL: https://www.tallmenshoes.com/a/returns
